1. Reservation
Booking an apartment in Lviv is done by pre-payment. The amount, which determines an advance payment includes a small amount of contractual (possibly pay for one night stay).In some cases, this amount may be adjusted depending on the length of stay. Prepayment is included in the total amount and is deducted in the calculation at the time of settlement. If you don’t arrive, this amount is not refundable.
Prepayment can be accomplished in several ways:
Pay the deposit in cash
Pay a deposit at any branch of Raiffeisen Bank Aval:
in national currency to the card number 4238 4300 0049 6484 Yuriy Romaniv
Pay the deposit via Western Union
Bank transfer (for legal entities).
2.Arrival
Usually we meet our clients near the building, where our apartment is situated. Also we can arrange transfer at any time from place agreed previously with client for extra payment. If client is delaying arrival, he (she) must call and inform us in advance. Transfer from the airport and railway station of city is provided as additional service (costs about 50 UAH).
3. Settlement
We usually make settlement of our clients for daily rent from 12.00 p.m. A client is to have his/her passport with him/her (be of full age), check the condition of rented apartment, and make a payment for all days of residence .
After settlement clients are obliged:
• to keep quiet after 22:00 p.m. (not to disturb neighbors by noise);
• not to leave any garbage o rlitter inside the building and nearby;
• not to damage furniture and all equipment, keep intact interior of apartment;
• not to move furniture from one place to other;
• not to keep and use any explosive and quick-tempered things;
• to keep to rules of electric and gas equipment usuage, paying heed to fire precautions;
• not organize noisy parties and feasts.
4. Departure
Checkout time for leaving apartment – 11:30 p.m. Client can prolong time of residence after 11:30 p.m. for extra payment having agreed it with us.
Settlement upon arrival. You can call us on arrival in Lviv and in a short time we will offer you free at this time flat.Address and exact price, we can only say at the day of your arrival.
